Non-Stick goodness I can’t believe we used teflon non-stick coated pans for so long! We switched to this lodge logic skillet several months ago and we are convinced that cast iron is definitely the way to go. No need to worry about toxic flakes in your food! Nice and heavy, really distributes heat well. Oven safe! Love This Cast Iron Square Skillet! Love this cast iron square skillet. I had a couple in the long past but really didn’t know much about how to properly season them. I seasoned this one on the stove top by heating very hot with a bit of oil a few times, then I added enough oil to cover the bottom and heated it up on the stove top for about ten minutes or so with the exhaust fan on to clear the bit of smoke.Finally I used it yesterday to fry battered chicken breast and they came out crunch and perfect and did not stick…

My new go to pan! Love! I am a cast iron freak!! I only use cast iron, even though I have a glass top range!! I wanted something different than my round! This fits the bill, nothing sticks!
