I’m generally quite impressed and happy with this Ayesha Curry 12” covered skillet. Where this skillet really shines is that it has excellent nonstick properties, and food releases so easily even using just a small amount of oil. I’ve used this pan quite a lot in the last few weeks and haven’t babied it, yet it remains exceptionally easy to clean with no leftover residue and the porcelain enamel interior still looks brand new. I just wipe it with a damp paper towel while it’s just a bit warm…

So far so good. I just started cooking with this skillet so at the moment it’s scratch-free even after using some metal tools and the nonstick surface is working as advertised. While large, it is lightweight and easy to handle.The bottom of the skillet is textured which down the road might make it more difficult to clean as food items can get stuck in between the textured ridges. So far this has proven not to be an issue given that the non-stick surface made it quite easy to clean…
