Quality product…my favorite cookware by far. This one was the last piece I wanted to join the other 3 Le Creuset pans and pots that I have. Le Creuset is by far a superior cooking product. You use less energy because of the way the pan heats up evenly. Its best to keep the heat low or med/low as it cooks most efficiently. the best way to heat it up is to start on med/low and let the pan heat up gradually. I am vegan so I cook vegetables and soups and make beans. There is no better pan for this. You can turn the pan off and whatever…
